Raven's Bad Day

For those of you who haven't heard, Raven's a little blue lately!

Yesterday, she was holding one of her baby kittens at Kirk and Teresa's house. She was out in the shed with it, when a calf bumped into her. That scared her, and she dropped the kitten. As soon as she dropped the kitten, the calf got spooked and turned to run and..... SPLAT! There went her baby kitten.

They had to bury it, so that it would go to heaven to see Jesus. And she's very VERY upset about it... She cried all day yesterday, at the drop of a cat... er, hat! She's had a rough time since then, but today seems to be better.

All in all, this is a very valuable lesson for her, that all country kids learn! NEVER, EVER, EVER NAME FARM ANIMALS... THEY WON'T BE AROUND LONG ENOUGH!!!
